Do something terrific for the tiger this summer

Jul 17, 2014

It’s the start of the summer holidays! Yay! Why not use some of your spare time to do something tremendous for the terrific tiger?

Organise a tiger themed fundraiser!

You could do a sponsored silence or walk in tiger costumes, dress up in a tiger onesie for the day or bake cakes to sell to your friends, the ideas are endless. Just make sure the event has a tiger theme! Make sure you chat your ideas through with your parents – you could even get them involved!

You can find loads of tips and useful fundraising tools by downloading the TigerTime fundraising pack and there are literally 100 ideas to choose from in our TigerTime 100 fundraising ideas booklet!

Find out more about tigers!

How about learning more about endangered tigers, where they live and the threats that they face in the wild? Make a start by checking out our CubClub website and don’t forget to visit DSWF’s new kid’s site here.

Do you live near Guildford, Surrey in the UK? Well, why not stop by the David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation headquarters with your parents or guardian where you can learn more about tigers and see some awesome tiger art. Visit Saba House, 7 Kings Road, Shalford, Guildford, Surrey, GU4 8JU.

Make sure you let us know if you are doing any fundraising over the summer holidays and send us any photos, we’d love to feature your efforts on CubClub’s website and elsewhere!  Drop us a line at:
